| All orders will be shipped through mexican postal service MEXPOST within 1-2 business days from the day you place your order, and will arrive in 8 to 10 business days from the time it ships out, unless you choose expedited (2nd Day or 3 Day) shipping. Your order will almost always ship within 24 hours but to be safe we state 1-2 days. Orders are filled Monday thru Friday; orders placed on Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday are shipped on Monday. Once shipped, orders take approximately 8-10 business days to arrive. |

All Orders are shipped via Mexpost First Class Mail. If you want your order shipped 2nd day, simply state so in the customer comment box for shipping charges and to place order.

Exchanges and Returns:
If, for any reason, you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.

| How to Return or Exchange: |
| To ship a product back to us, carefully pack it in the original box or padded envelope, or use another in good condition. Make a copy of your packing slip that arrived in the box with your order, and place it in the box. Please be sure to write the quantity being returned and the reason for the return, and send it to: |
